A new life
for the places
you love.
We renovate homes and existing buildings with respect for what’s already there: read the building first, explain every option, then do the work properly.
01 —
Live better in your space
Light, flow, storage, comfort: we start from how you actually use each room.
02 —
Keep its character
Beams, stone, old floors: we keep what gives the place its soul and make it work today.
What a renovation
can cover
Scope, trades and any studies the project needs are confirmed after a call or site visit.
01
Talk
First conversation
You describe the place, what you’d like to change and your constraints. We ask questions and tell you straight away if it’s outside what we do.
You get
A clear yes or no on the project
02
Visit
Reading the building
On site, we look at structure, surfaces, networks and use. We note what needs checking and whether additional studies may be required.
You get
A list of points to verify
03
Propose
An explained quote
Each item is detailed with its options, limits and cost. You know what’s included, what isn’t, and why.
You get
An itemised quote with options
04
Build
A followed worksite
Shared schedule, regular updates and one point of contact. Any surprise in the existing building is explained before we decide together.
You get
One schedule, one contact
05
Hand over
Checked together
We walk through the result with you, finish by finish, and only call it done when it is.
You get
A joint final walkthrough

Questions worth
thinking about
None of these are required to get in touch. Tick the ones you can already answer — the rest, we’ll work out together.
Common
questions
Something else on your mind? Ask it in your request — we answer every one.
We can give a first opinion from photos and a description. Feasibility is only confirmed after a site visit, once we’ve seen the building and its constraints.
Demolition, masonry, plastering, joinery and finishes are done by our own team. Electrics and plumbing are carried out by certified partners we coordinate and supervise.
Some projects do — opening a load-bearing wall, changing a facade, larger surface areas. If a study or permit is needed, we tell you before the quote, not during the work.
Often, yes, with phasing room by room. We discuss it at the visit so the schedule fits how you live.
Existing buildings sometimes hide things. We stop, show you what we found, explain the options and their cost, and you decide before we go on.
